Karine Laperrière

Karine is a sustainability consultant specializing in responsible sourcing and sustainable supply chain strategies. At Collective Détour, she supports organizations in rethinking their procurement and operational models to align environmental, social, and economic performance across the value chain.
 

Driven by a deep commitment to advancing Québec’s textile industry, Karine brings a unique multidisciplinary background that includes a college diploma in Fashion Design, a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, and an MBA focused on responsible business strategy. As part of her graduate research, she is conducting a study titled “A Situational Analysis of Responsible Sourcing in Québec’s Textile SMEs”, applying the rigor of scientific methodology to real-world challenges in the textile sector. Her work bridges strategy, innovation, and impact, with the goal of proving that operational excellence and sustainability can — and must — go hand in hand.
