Marie-Joëlle is a sustainability consultant specializing in eco-design and circular design strategies. At Collective Détour, she brings a systems-thinking approach to sustainable product development, helping brands integrate environmental considerations from ideation to end-of-life.
 

With over 13 years of experience as a footwear designer for a Québec-based manufacturer, Marie-Joëlle has a strong foundation in product creation and industry realities. She holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design and recently completed a master’s in climate action. Her applied research focused on eco-design and circular design as strategic levers for accelerating the transition toward a more sustainable and circular fashion industry in Québec.
